Supenga is the ideal apéritif for everyone who likes a refreshing moment with an outstanding taste. The deep yellow colour with orange tones and the bittersweet profile of Supenga is thanks to different fruits and herbs that are infused in every bottle and the authentic method we use to do so. The light bitter structure is extracted out of chicory taproot, the national crop of our homeland. A new and innovative way that we have used for the very first time. That is why Supenga is the original chicory bitter.

Belgian Terroir


Supenga is a true Belgian story and it's production is anchored within the country's boundries. We use lots of ingredients that are sourced abroad but the heart of our apéritif is the raw material that takes care of the light bitter taste.
It is directly extracted from the taproot of Belgian chicory - aka Belgian endives or penwortel van witloof, in Dutch. Chicory goes along with the founding of Belgium since both their history began in 1830. It was due to the Belgian Revolt that witloof was discovered.
